I am constantly striving to save money for companies and increasing quality.
It's hard to show you physical examples, rest assured every agency I have been at has taken my recommendations onboard with outstanding results.
Havas received an express audit and fast track improvement resulting in six-figure recognised revenue.
DDB and Westpac were both extremely happy with my tenure and are well on their way to achieving their lofty targets. MercerBell received a complete Operational overhaul.
At Wunderman, I was instrumental in getting their margin up from 12% to 24%.
Smarter saw me restructure their financial model, increasing profit and efficiency.
TMW had me restructure the Production Department and turn their Digital Department from breaking even to a healthy profit.
Basically, I save money and improve standards where ever I go.

My understanding of the Digital landscape, the power of data, business and agency economics combines to provide a versatile offering of management in this space.
Day to day Project Management in Digital was an area that I had taken upon myself to up skill early on in the Digital age, I've ran Digital departments back in 2004, I've managed a lot of banners and a few builds and always overseen Departments. I've implemented and populated CMS's and refined process to streamline Departments. I also have strong experience working with and improving hubs within Australia, Philippines, Bangladesh and India.
What drives me now is big Platform thinking, helping businesses transform and be ahead of the game.
Bringing across knowledge from traditional forms into Digital has been an invaluable resource to draw on.
I love Tech and seeing it integrate into real life experiences and am currently working on a Platform that will bring face to face interaction into people's lives, but more importantly the Platform's ability is the focus on the MNC Consumer Goods industry for the next 5 to 10 years... I can't share too much!

Case Study for the launch of IE9. To increase awareness we ran a treasure hunt on the internet. I was involved in early Strategic and conceptual thought and produced the video for this campaign. Poor "Dave" spent a day hanging from the roof in a harness and the highlight of the day...A real stuntman on set!!

Coca-Cola Share a Coke - Digital
Working with the above the line agency we were charged with bringing this idea to life Digitally, The idea was there but it needed a solid Digital execution to give this Concept justice. Share a Coke went into the Digital and Social world with a robust back end and the rest is history.

Microsoft Share House - Integrated
Great multi-channel campaign, small budget, huge results, lots of awards. A real come together and make it work project.
I was involved in strategy and produced all elements of this campaign.

I've done a lot of Print Production and Product Manufacture.
From small run highly personalised packs, huge statement insert runs to the largest billboard in the northern hemisphere. I always add value and help develop the idea with Creative teams to ensure ideas presented to client can be produced within budget. I know data back to front and enjoy it. I even had 300,000 Guinness Shamrock shaped sunglasses ethically manufactured near the Chinese/Mongolian border.

The campaign was chosen by WON report as the 3rd best DM pack in the world for 2012.

Microsoft Surface Launch - Print Outdoor
I've done many campaigns for Microsoft, this was their largest media spend in Australia and ran simultaneously with the launch of Windows 8 which I also managed. Short time frames, multiple versions and huge profile internally at Microsoft made this a challenging and rewarding project.

Earth Hour - Print
In a world first I developed a bio-degradable self fertilsing ink. The ink was used on "Plant Spikes" to be placed in offices by indoor plant companies alerting people to Earth Hour. This innovation gained world-wide recognition and plenty of awards including the first ever Green Echo award.

Photography
I love bringing shoots together, Photography was part of my Graphic Design course and I've always held that passion. I leave nothing to chance and my shoots run with precision, guaranteed.
On shoot day it's whatever it takes. I can direct the shoot creatively in the absence of Creatives and keep Photographers on brief and on time. Clients are managed and kept involved but at a safe distance and hierarchy is held so everyone can do their job well.

I managed these 2 x Campaigns for Jockey featuring the All Blacks, nice guys as it turns out, but oddly shy!
They also have a jump per day allowance and someone stands there and counts how many jumps each player does...

Westfield - Photography
7 shoots, 9 days shooting in total, Some budgets under $AUS10k, all talent street cast, all locations were free, an amazing Props team on 2 x live Building sites, Some Photographers were assistants another was a Blogger and 1 x heavyweight Shooter, I did a lot on these ones- Pre-Production
I was Account Service, Location Scout and negotiated (persuaded) with all store owners, was nearly bit by a snake, Talent Scout, Safety Officer and Production, I was acting CD on the day of shooting and covered all retouching.

Oakley Flagship Covent Garden Beijing Olympics - Experiential & Events
We set up a small studio in the Olympic village where GB athletes could come in relax and have a photo taken.
They were then printed on canvases for an in-store installation, the launch was attended by Chris Hoy and other Oakley Olympians.

An extremely high profile campaign, equivalent to rebranding the NRL competition in Australia.
This multi-channel campaign was a huge success and a lot of fun.

Michelob Gallery - Experiential
The client bought out space in the exclusive but rustic Stables Gallery & Bar, an Art Gallery in Camden Town, London. The concept was a comment on business through the 80's. All Art and elements within the stable install were produced by myself... I even made the Damien Hirst style phone.

This controversial initiative by the Government was led by our TVC.
Their website crashed due to traffic, and they asked us to do another. We must have done something right!

Pringles Online Content - Flavour Fusion
I produced this video for Pringles to help promote their "Flavour Fusion" competition.
Unfortunately the budget was very limited so I sourced a company in Malaysia, they did a great job and the campaign was a success.

Nokia Online Content - Little Amazings
This is the case study for a project I produced for the launch of the new Lumia, a key feature was the video capability. We filmed everything on the Lumia and released one video each day for a month and finished with a compilation. Response was great and the client was left feeling warm and fuzzy.

This was a big change for the client, moving away from people just wearing jeans on a white back drop.

Gruen Transfer Legacy - TVC
Invited to "pitch" on Gruen, we produced this at lightning speed and with no budget.
The Brief was to change the minds of those who are against refugees arriving to Australian shores via illegal vessels.
We didn't win, but it's a great piece and the kid's were little stars. The host, Will Anderson said that this was his favourite "pitch" of all time.
